Refunds and Returns

We ask that you please read and understand this Return & Refund Policy in full and let us know if you have any questions by sending us a message before placing your order.

Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, with the sole exception of items received defective from our print-on-demand supplier, or damaged or broken during shipping by our third-party carriers.

Please note that we do not refund for sizing discrepancies. We therefore encourage you to refer to our sizing guidelines when placing your order.

We cannot replace stolen packages at this time. If, however, our shipping carriers confirm your item is lost in transit during delivery from us to you, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Limited Exceptions to Our No Returns/No Refunds Policy

In the event you receive items in a defective, damaged, or broken condition, for the items to be replaced or refunded you must bring to our attention, clearly identify, and photograph the damage to the item(s) and/or breakage you are claiming. You must do so within 5 calendar days of delivery of the item(s).

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason after 5 days of your item being delivered.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned to us along with the original packaging for items to be accepted for return and refunded.

If your items are approved, then we will send you an email or message within 72 hours to let you know that we are processing your return, including shipping costs for items deemed returnable.

It typically takes us approximately 10 to 15 calendar days to process a return and initiate a refund.

Once we have issued the refund, it can take 10 days or more to show on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s internal practices.
