If you are a non-Black person of color (NBPOC), you already know that anti-blackness is a central part of every culture all around the globe, including yours. Black people are well-aware that every culture and language has a derogatory word to pejoratively describe Black people. We have heard you say them in our presence, and we knew you were referring to us negatively.
