- Burn candles only when within sight.
- Do not leave candles burning unattended or unsupervised.
- Keep candles away from flammable objects, such as paper or wood.
- Take special care to keep candles away from children and pets.
- Trim candle wicks to ¼ inch before lighting.
- Keep the candle free of foreign materials, including matches and wick clippings.
- Burn candles on a level, flat, fire-resistant surface, free of flammables nearby.
- Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Extinguish the candle before it burns too close to the holder or container.
- Use caution when handling lit or recently extinguished candle vessels, as they can cause burns.
- Use a special candle lighter or flexible lighter with a safety lock to prevent accidents.
- Stop use when only ¼ inch of wax remains, as the container may still be hot.

Q: Can I trade my candle for a different aroma?
A: No. Regarding our Candle collection, we encourage you to “Try Before You Buy.” By selecting our free samples of tealight aromas, you can experience all 4 aromas before committing to a full-size candle. You will simply pay the $7.50 cost of shipping and handling.
Should you decide to purchase a full-sized candle, please indicate in the notes section that you sampled the product and are applying your $7.50 credit to your full-size candle order.
Q: Can I return my tea or baking mixes?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items and for food safety reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for food and beverage products after purchase.
Q: What if I realize I ordered the wrong size for my clothing order after it arrives?
A: For hygienic reasons, regarding our print-on-demand clothing items, we do not refund for sizing discrepancies. We encourage you to use the sizing guidelines provided before placing your order.
If there is a defect in your printed item or if any part of your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glassware), please follow the directions in our Refund/Return Policy to document and photograph the defect and timely advise us of the issue.
Include photos of the damaged/defective items in their original packaging showing the damage, along with your order number. Someone from our team will be in touch within 72 hours.
Q: What if my package gets lost or someone steals it at my address?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages stolen or lost after delivery has been made.

Q: My candle smokes when I light it. Is this a defect in the candle?
A: No. Smoke and soot likely indicate that you need to trim your candle wick. Longer wicks can cause smoke and also reduce burning time for your candle.
To enjoy your candle longer:
- Use a wick trimmer, nail clipper, or scissors to trim wicks between uses.
- Avoid placing candles near air vents or drafts, as air movement can cause soot, smoke, and uneven burning.
- Do not burn your candle wick below ¼ inch.
Q: What is the best way to light my candle once it burns down in the vessel?
A: Matches and cigarette lighters can pose a risk of injury. We recommend using a special candle lighter or a flexible lighter equipped with a safety lock, especially to prevent children from playing with fire unsupervised.
